It depends. The Kazakh and Kirghiz are very East Eurasian tbh. Uzbeks are definitely mostly Turkic central asian. Most Uzbeks just look Central Asian. This dude and some others are an exception, either low siberian/turkic or just not Turkic (in this case rumor says he's Tajik). For example I am a Kurd with Central Asian roots, but me, my siblings and my mother pass as Central Asian more and have a good Turkic/Siberoid influence in our phenotype. And we aren't even full Central Asian. Some full blooded Uzbeks look less Siberoid than me. Depends on the individual.
