According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

Yes indeed blue eyes are quite common in Andalusia, if they were pink it would be worrisome.

Blue eyes are common throughout continental europe, really. But are less common within the Mediterranean islands - I'd admit that sicily, malta and crete would generally lack blue eyes.

Nothing will ever beat that first flush of organized wheat on the European continent. Nothing. And we witnessed that with dark eyes.

    Ancestral memories.

Blue eyes in Mediterranean Europe are rooted in pain.
