Those are perpetrating crimes at an average of 4 to 5x rate, than natives + people of immigrants background. As seen previously when considering the whole immigration background it's x10 to x15 higher rate depending on the type of crimes and offenses, of which the highest is violent theft.

If anything it confirms it's not a cultural or mass effect, as if those poor Algerians were colonized, went through war and are still traumatized generations later. Like it would be a justification anyway to catch a Stockholm syndrom, rather leave their country to be among their colonizers and act like on a GTA server in Europe.
