You gotta be a fool if you believe that those numbers are even remotely close to average for Brazil or Argentina. It is basically the average ancestry of the middle class of those nations considering that the results are based on DNA test customers.

I was just pointing out, even the scientist responsible for the study claimed that the data is biased towards higher economic classes anyway.

At least we can conclude (third link) that SP isn't as European as some people claim and Sergipe is the second most African state in Brazil.

São Paulo does have a very large number of people with high European heritage. What many people in this forum don't get about genetic averages is that the average itself doesn't mean much, what really matters is how those components are distributed in the general population. For example, some parts of Mexican Northern states have a similar level of European admixture as São Paulo, but most people there score close to the average, they are more homogeneously admixed, while in São Paulo most people will either be very European or very mixed, with a third group in between.

The general ''pardo'' Brazilian population is far less European than people here think, the average of ~65-70% Euro of Brazil is reached because it also includes all people of white identity in the general average. If you remove the self-declared whites from the math, the average of Brazil will be ~50% European. I remember that a genetic company once tested some Brazilian pardo/mulatto football players and all of them had 35-40%+ African heritage and near 10-15% Indigenous, only one player was similar to the so called Brazilian average with 33% Afro and negligible Indigenous (5%)

If you have a high number of people with very high African/Amerindian ancestry in a place, the average will always go down even if there's also a high number of people with overwhelming European heritage. That's why São Paulo is very different from Northeast Brazil even with similar Euro/Afro/American averages, the Northeast is far more homogeneously admixed.
