I'd never heard the bible recited in Portuguese before.

Well spoken Portuguese sounds fine, even better than French in my opinion.

It´s a pity that modern Castillian was so influenced by the Basque fonetically, so the phonetic complexity that linked us to those two languages was lost.

However, it is strange that Catalan, which maintained a certain phonetic complexity that in its time made it much closer to old Castilian or Portuguese and French, sounds horrible to my ears. Maybe it's because of the accent, musicality and cadence they give to it when speaking.

It depends on who is speaking it, there are many variations depending where from exactly is the speaker.

I mean, it depends on the accent of the person, a standard Portuguese can be more beautiful than a regional French from a small town.

For example the French that Africans speak is pretty horrible, but some Brazilian Portuguese might sound better than some regional Portuguese from the Metropoli.

In short, although French is usually recognized as a language that sounds very good, for me Portuguese would be on the same level.

Anyway I'm not an expert on Portuguese or French regional accents, I can just speak about what I have heard.

Do you mean French spoken by Africans in Africa or the ghetto type in Metropolitan France (or even overseas territorries)?

Just curious now how those might sound for a foreigner. All 3 are indeed very different.

The one spoken in Africa actually sounds pretty good and mostly correct to us but with crazy over the top intonations. Creole Martiniquan for example is hardly understandable, and the banlieue is of course the worst.

Sua primeira conta aqui foi a ''Urbanuss'' e ele foi banido por um motivo nojento, que a pessoa que denunciou ele na época me contou, depois disso ele começou a criar várias contas mas sempre era banido, até que o dono do fórum aceitou ele novamente com essa conta Marshall Theodore. E eu vi o post que o Incal está falando, ele falava que ''queria matar e torturar bebes brasileiros de ascendência alemã'' Que tipo de pessoa mentalmente saudável falaria coisas desse tipo?

É . . . Ele estava numa discussão com um membro alemão (Stalbestie se não me engano) e falou isso, eu até achei que ele só estava blefando mas mesmo com o Stal falando o quanto aquilo foi doentio ele continuou reafirmando o que ele disse . . . Foi uma puta cena macabra.
Achei muito estranho, eu já sabia que ele era o famoso Urbanuss que havia sido banido por algum motivo, mas ele com essa conta estava sendo pacífico maior parte do tempo, apesar de ele estar em bastantes discussões ele nunca havia dito antes algo como isso . . . Foi realmente do nada, tanto que somos amigos aqui no TA, nossos papos sempre foram de respeito mútuo e não lembro de em algum momento termos insultado um ao outro, ele sempre me pareceu gente boa, mas aquele comentário me pegou de surpresa, mesmo sabendo que ele era eugenista e etnonacionalista aquilo foi simplesmente demais, simplesmente absurdo.
