I know what you mean, but don't forget that Continental Europe in general (including Spain) tends to be more statist and corporatist on economic issues, for good and for ill, than the Anglosphere. Thus, it is true to an extent that your Right is our Left. As for the economy under Franco, the level of State intervention and ownership would horrify almost all contemporary Republicans and Tories and even many contemporary Democrats and Labourites: SOEs like Iberia, RENFE, AENA, SEAT etc. were abundant, and the permitted trade unions, although forbidden from striking, actually had a lot of power in terms of collective bargaining and wage-setting.
