the Romanian bits are maybe half of it and they sound like Banat accent in a way, not as archaic as Aromanians, also what is obvious is this guy doesn't speak it properly, he tries hard and throws the words he knows but replaces all the rest with I assume Croat. those two languages he mixes are not reconciled like in natural speech, so it is obvious this is not a spoken language (the resulting mix). well, interesting nevertheless

I am not sure the young guy is fluent. As a Romanian, I can understand a little more from what the old woman is saying, but it's hard to tell whether the amount of Slavic words they use is due to the fact they're bilingual or because those Slavic words were indeed part of the Istro-Romanian vocabulary, let's say, 100 years ago. In any case, it's even less intelligible than Aromanian to Romanians.

At this point, among Balkan Romance languages, I think only Romanian and Aromanian have enough speakers to really know how they sounds like.

    Thanks.

I suppose this is like standard Romanian language?

hahahha that is exactly the Banat accent, in Romania it's only spoken in the countryside Banat and in "popular" music, as Romanians call their blend of folklore and orchestra. but it is 100% understandable for all Romanians, actually Romanian dialects are only differing in accent, except for Moldovan which has an abundance of Ruthenian and Csango words (slightly transformed though)

On the video that i posted in previous post are Vlachs from eastern Serbia. On the car licence plates is ZA, it means Zaječar https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zaječar
Vlachs from that part of Serbia originated from Oltenia and eastern Banat, they settled from there 300 years ago. Name of female singer is Valentina Munćanović. Her surname came from Munćani (Munteani), that is one branch of eastern Serbian Vlachs with roots from eastern (mountain) part of Banat https://youtu.be/PcZpRCxtO5Y

Serbian Vlachs have many funny songs.
