Here Easter is more religious than cultural holiday. In last 20 years here's more natural division between conscious Christians and other people. So, Easter is not widely celebrated, mostly by faithful people and their families. Others don't disrespect it, they may even eat eggs and paskha It was more cultural holiday during late USSR and early post Soviet Russia. Same goes for Christmas.

People celebrated it, but there was much less churches, some were destroyed, some were closed. People celebrated it at home as some kind of cultural occasion. In early 90s lots of people flown to churches as some kind of trend, or definition of "being Russian", since those times number of people reduced to conscious Christians generally celebrating it.

Big celebration in Lebanon based on family. Wouldn't surprise me it some Muslims celebrate too, or at least go the festivities over there.
As far as Easter bunny and chicken eggs, maybe yea nowadays due to American influence.
