To know the identity of rapers is really very difficult. I read several newspapers but I couldn't find that info in the case you mention, and the same in the this new case.

Another case happened some weeks ago.

Some minors raped a girl 11 years old in Badalona, in a big commercial center, they recorded it with a cellphone and passed the video to several classmates.

The brother of the victim, who goes to the same school as rapists, saw the video and then these minors were reported to police, the poor girl did not say nothing until then.

The minors were arrested by police and one, over 16 or so, was put to jail. Then a minor, brother of this guy, waited with a knife to the girl's brother in front of school.

Luckyly this minor was arrested and the judge locked him up in a reformatory for 6 months. Identity of rapists is not known.

People think they're gypsies, because only when criminals are normal spaniards their identity is revealed by the media.

For heinous crimes the limit to be judged as an adult should be 13 years old. If a little psychopath have the pants to commit an heinous crime like an adult, they should also have the pants to respond like adults.

The stupid legislators who came up with the "Ley del Menor" must think that when somebody is younger than 18 and commit rape or kills somebody with clear premeditation, the "little angels" don't know what they are doing, and must have done it without knowing is wrong, while sucking their thumb.
