People who want to find depraved things will stop at nothing to get them, just as Shinzo Abe was assassinated with a homemade gun in his nation of extreme gun control.

It's one of those things where the best weapon against it is probably a culture of stigma and shame. Social shame is just as powerful as legislation, if not more. Though walking barefoot is legal, almost nobody does it. Very few paint their homes purple, wear fancy outfits to the store, or sing in public, despite total legal permission. We stigmatize these perfectly innocent behaviors to the point where basic creativity is suppressed. It works like a charm. With all the energy we use to shame innocent folks, we should be shaming those who engage with the sex industry.

Make every consumer of this degeneracy know exactly how reviled they are.

Edit: well, now that I say it, I must admit that I lack the guts to do so. My fatal flaw is seeing the good in everyone-- everyone-- even when they don't deserve it. I'm around a lot of strippers and sex industry females, as an aspiring gymnast, and they're human when you get to know them. Their eyes say it all, and many of them come from places of hurt. I even feel horrible to imagine bad things happening to them. I believe nobody would engage with such evil if they truly knew its extent. Sigh. I can't picture myself shaming any of them.

The men who buy their bodies, though.... it's on sight.
Society has become seemingly more and more confused.

On the one hand it is more PC than ever before and with the cancel culture... people are scrutinised more than before, more than the 60's. 70's 80's 90's ...

Yet on the other hand society itself is more sexualised, which seems to start with the sexy music videos ...which are mostly projected at young people as they are main audience of music videos.
Many these music vids portray to young women that dressing and dancing provocatively is cool.

We live in a world where many young women today see making $ on onlyfans as a very reasonable option.

The last 20 years have been the era of the self made amateur independant internet entrepeneurs as in youtubers, influencers, tiktokers etc
well people are doing the same thing with onlyfans ,independent porn modelling.content creators etc, people as in individual females or couples are doing this of their own will as a buisiness to make money.

The consumption of internet porn world wide is huuuge and probably pretty normalised in western society, consumers range from single men, couples, women, teenagers, there is apparently plenty of female porn watchers according to the stats. These days I doubt with the exception of certain communities but in the west I doubt porn consumption is seen as a big deal,to certain degree is probably expected that something like 1 in 5 people watch porn to some degree
Im guessing these numbers but its probably realistic. In the west i dont think watching porn attracts a lot of societal shame like outside of more conservative strongly religious communities/small towns. In a big city someone could walk down street with a youporn tshirt on nobody would really care. In general i dont think porn consumption was ever intensely reviled.
In the 80's Playboy and Penthouse were
very popular magazines. Didnt Hustler even have its own restaurant.

You can blame men on this if makes u feel better about it ... but in reality there are many things to blame that contributed to this situation and men are only pawns in the game too believe it or not.

The men who buy their bodies, though.... it's on sight.
its known as the oldest profession in the world, women through all time have traded their body's for bling .... some rapper says "Let a hoe be a hoe".

All internet porn should be behind a paywall. That would make everyone happy except coomers. Porn producers don't want their shit out there for free, and kids wouldn't be able to watch porn.

Would that be enough for you, Grimes? Or are you just settling for a lesser evil? No matter the article for now, I want your personal opinion.
