    Thank you.

I don't see why though. Ottoman Empire occupied the region for centuries while Yugoslavia lasted foir 70 years. I don't get the obsession with Yugoslavia internet has, and pretending 1000 years before that don't matter (or 30 years after). Not you obviously, but many trolls act like that.

I'd put Turkey above Slovenia, it seems a bit low given how impactful the Ottomans were. But mostly agree otherwise.

Sibenik has an Old-Italian flair und Karlstadt not just has a German flair but is also a pretty young German foundation.

Most recent influence tends to be more impactful. I wasn't sure about doing it, but just considered it, though you're right that 70 years can't overshadow many centuries before it, so it should be left alone. Yugoslavia was also a small area anyways.

In Albania a few km from the coast i have seen fields planted with various cultures even with corns, and tractors with watermelons (like in Vojvodina).

Ottomans were impactful in the Balkans, but how exactly were the Balkans impactful in Turkey?

Okay, I know Turkey assimilated a lot of Balkanites through slave trade - a bulk of whom were actually kidnapped Slovenes and Croats, btw.
But other than recieving some geneflow, how did those core Balkan countries like North Macedonia for example, culturally impact Turkey in any way?

Actually, I'd say most citizens in Anatolia were living a life more relaxed and uninterrupted than even Slovenes and Croats, while Ottoman Empire was trying to spead.

There were parts of Romania under direct ottomans rule ( Doburja, a few Danube port towns, and Banat).. also the ottomans had influence over Romania. Example food, loan words

Yes, but keep in mind Šibenik was founded by Croats and was Croatian royal city too - only major town on eastern Adriatic coast without Roman/Greek foundation but instead a Slavic one
