That's a life imprisonment without parole. The US state attorneys aren't a joke. The other prisoners will find out what is he guilty of. And if he's lucky, he would get killed by them eventually. The other option is something much more horrifying for him. The attorneys know what often happens to convicts who hurt children. And they don't like murders in prisons. He'll probably spend his life in a 'hole'.
