I think the bitter news is once you get really fat you change something and it's hard to ever become a healthy weight. It's not that it can't be done. Like with you, sound like you've never really been significantly overweight. I have been since I was 12 years old. My body resists attempts to change weight. I somehow managed to go from morbidly obese to mildly obese.

Some people can. Like me. Majority cant i think. It's still better to eat healthy, though, because if I eat unhealthy like ice cream and junk food all the time and dont be active, I still get winded pretty easily.
My wasit just got bigger than size 33 this past year and a half. I need to seriously get into exercise more routinely again and actually do core workouts now.
