I don't see how Italy in any sense could be regarded as Eastern European. Sweden has some Baltid admixture in phenotype, and a history with all countries in Northeast Europe.

Italy is more similar to Southeast Europe than Sweden is to Northeast Europe (unless you count Scandinavia itself as part of Northeast Europe).

Red is much closer to yellow because yellow can be represented as a mixture of Red and Green with zero Blue in it.
