There has just been another mass shooting in Belgrade!

Some guy from Mladenovac took an automatic rifle and started driving around shooting people. So far three people have been killed, including a police officer. The police are currently involved in a shootout with the gunman.

Latest info: 7 dead, 11 wounded !!

Good point. Your observation regarding the upcoming Lunar Eclipse and Lilith makes sense.
I also took a look at the chart of Serbia for the date you mentioned.
Some further observations:

- the transiting South Node (currently @4°Sco) is now sitting right on the midpoint of Serbia's Lilith and Jupiter conjunct both
- upcoming Lunar Eclipse this weekend (to happen @15°Sco) will be exactly on the midpoint of Serbia's Jupiter and Neptune (@25°Sco)
- at the same time, transiting Chiron (currently @17°Ari) is conjunct Serbia's Moon (@18°Ari), and opposite Serbia's Uranus (@16°Lib)
- meanwhile, transiting Lilith (currently @13°Leo) is sitting on Serbia's South Node (@°14 Leo) and opposing Serbia's North Node (@14°Aqu), Mercury (@9°Aqu), and Mars (@8°Aqu)
- transiting Neptune (currently @26°Pis) is conjunct Serbia's Venus (@25°Pis)
- and last but not least, transiting Saturn (currently @5°Pis) is conjunct Serbia's Pluto (@7°Pis)

Besides Lilith, I'd also suggest looking into the symbolism of Chiron, and South Node (Ketu), in particular.
