I look upon it as a (generally) warm time, but I would not want to go back. As much of a pain in the ass adulthood may be, I wish to develop myself into the best man I can be. There’s more reminders of mortality, but anything good is appreciated like the first flower after the Flood.

Shit dude, I’m not even stoned.

I do but I try not to think about it. Nostalgia is a weak man's thing. Real men look forward. And to the sky. In the end adulthood has its own pros and cons.

I do miss it emotionally because of nostalgia. It wasn't that great though when I look at it objectively and rationally. I should have no reason to miss it. But nostalgia is one helluva drug.

Afaik, human chemistry is designed the way that it makes childhood more happy than other periods of life. So a childhood has to be really unlucky to be spoiled.

I just miss it a little, because of playing and hanging out with my childhood friends.
But that period of life was marked by poverty, refugee life, economic sanctions and war. Of course, I don't miss anything of that.

I miss my 20s more than any period.

Mixed feelings, while I did have some amazing unforgettable moments in my childhood and exciting adventures, I also was bullied a fair bit and I was always jealous of my peers due to the fact that I grew up in a rich neighborhood where my family didn't meet their "expectations". I do miss the ease of making friends when you're younger and I also miss being able to have fun without being called irresponsible. But at the same time I also felt like no one listens to you or takes you seriously when you're under 18 and this caused me a lot of trouble. I also did do some very STUPID and strange things when I was a child which I'm still kind of ashamed of them, I also wasn't assertive enough as a child as I was raised to be too polite. But I laugh about some of those things as well haha......I think some of my favorite aspects of my childhood were probably being a "DDR Champ" and being called the "Terminator" (for my level of fitness lol) it led to fun rumors about me. And of course I can't forget that one day I decided to eat a bug.

And lol I also remember my mad Neopets obsession phase and my emo phase of course lol!

So idk I would like to relive some aspects of it but others I'd rather keep in the past.
    =(^.^)=

Also I don't do classifications currently, sorry.

I was the luckiest kid in the world. I could go anywhere. I could do anything. I knew everybody and everybody knew me. But it wasn’t too long before my parents changed their minds. For them, the cabstand was supposed to be a part-time job, but for me, it was full-time. People like my father could never understand, but I was a part of something. I belonged. I was treated like a grown-up. Every day I was learning to score. My father was always pissed off. He was pissed that he had to work so hard. He was pissed that he made such lousy money. Be was pissed that there were seven of us living in a tiny house. But after a while, he was mostly pissed that I hung around the cabstand. He said they were bums and that I was a bum. He said I was going to get into trouble. I used to say I was only running errands after school, but he knew better. He knew what went on at the cabstand and, every once in a while, usually after he got his load on, I had to take a beating. But by then, I didn’t care. No matter how many beatings I took, I wouldn’t listen to what he said. I don’t think I even heard him. The way I saw it, everybody has to take a beating some time.

Had a nice childhood but wouldnt necessarily have to experience it again. My teenage years on the other hand... let`s just say they were wild. Wouldnt mind going through them a second time.
