What genetic population do they come from? Are they ANE? What are they relationship with Goyet? What haplogroup-y were they?

This still holds water to this day

OOA group that split from other Eurasians and went to the West in isolation up until the last Ice age transitioning from Magdalenian Goyet majority to Villabruna type of lineage. Originally C dominated most likely.

How similar are ANE and West eurasian? Are there theories that say one descends from the other?

They don't descend from one another they descend from an earlier common lineage before they split. It's something leading to Kostenki but even older than Kostenki. Before that Ust Ishim and Zlaty Kun who were not yet more related to present day Europeans or East Asians, with many dead ends in between.

I have questions, maybe you can help me: how genetically similar are ANE and West eurasian? How much WHG does EEF have?

ANE are descended from a West Eurasian lineage from Palaeolithic Eastern Europe closely related to Kostenki who migrated east hunting for mammoths and ended up mixing slightly with East Eurasians. They are undoubtedly at least 75% West Eurasian.

Good. West eurasian would be a component similar to Basal Eurasian? How similar?

No, West Eurasian and East Eurasian form a clade to the exclusion of Basal Eurasian, meaning that both are close to each other than either of them are to Basal Eurasian. Basal Eurasian is some sort of dead end which probably remained somewhere around Arabia after the out of Africa migrations and didn't mix with Neanderthals like other Eurasians, but it still hasn't been found so it is a hypothetical/"ghost" component (like ANE once was before the Mal'ta boy was found).
