Yeah, I noticed that the black families I saw in Europe are nothing like the ones in the US. They're just as well-kept as anyone else, but black in color. All the black families I saw in BeNeLux had two parents and well behaved kids, like anyone else in that area. Note that I'm talking about Christian SSAs and excluding Muslim north Africans in Europe who have a different set of issues. Of course the moral value of race mixing is dependent on the social value of the different races relative to their community

Poor? I wouldn't say so but they are not handed things for free, that's for sure. About attractiveness, well that's relative and shallow but black women are preferred over indian women.

I think that the most Beta thing is when White men date Negresses or some kind of minority, but especially black females. Orientals also prove this rule. (Latinas might be a slight exception). However, almost all the ones I see with minority partners are Beta males and usually very effeminate and nerdy with glasses. They need Negresses to boss them around. They probably enjoy it. When White men do this for the Negress it seems to send a signal that he has an inferiority complex. Since black females are notoriously bossy and domineering, he seeks to be ruled over by them. I don´t know what you mean by Oriental - East Asian or Arab? However, here in Germany, the most common combination is white man and East Asian woman. But it´s almost never white guy and black woman but almost always the other way around. It´s also rare to see German guys with Arab or Turkish women. But this is mostly because German guys don´t find Arab, Turkish or African women that attractive. Most Germans are more into classical German and Central European women, I believe. Both, alpha and beta men. As for German women it´s different. They are not supposed to make the first step and they don´t pay that attention to hair colour physical appearance etc like men do.
