I would dare to say that nowadays the term is becoming outdated in its popular use since one of its multiple and most frequent uses is to demonize men who are supposed to be chivalrous, something that feminism would like to confuse with machismo in its eagerness to denigrate any positive masculine aspect.Originally Posted by HannibaltheGreat
