The Roerich`s symbol of peace is clearly eastern rooted, this 3 spheres symbolism is prevalent in the whole east Asia including India. I believe there are deeper meanings than peace, probably the 3 world cosmology.

    Japanese Mitsu-domoe – no?

This is a very annoying unconvenience of using international internet from China, only 50% of functions are available. Yes, the pictures failed and I can not use photohosting sites because all of them are banned ni China. Just search: 摩尼宝珠,来氏太极,mitsu domoe.

摩尼宝珠--chintamani orb, chinese words would give better results than the English keywords in this regards, you can see, the chintamani from China in most cases means to have 3 spheres inside. I am not sure what that 3 spheres mean yet.

It is indeed inconvenient Hexachordia not to be able to post pics
And I am afraid we might be venturing a bit far from Tengrism itself.
Overlapping beliefs are great as they are complementary and help to explain things, but further on their meanings change into something else (like Roerich’s "banner of peace").

Ok. That is the “Cintamani stone” with the Mantra: “Om Mani Padme Hum” written on it.

Chintamani Stone is a Wish-Fulfilling Jewel within both Hindu and Buddhist traditions, said by some to be the equivalent of the Philosopher's Stone in Western alchemy.

A Maṇi-Jewel; magical jewel, which manifests whatever one wishes for. According to one's desires, treasures, clothing and food can be manifested, while sickness and suffering can be removed, water can be purified, etc. It is a metaphor for the teachings and virtues of the Buddha. ... Said to be obtained from the dragon-king of the sea ….
But Buddhism teaches, that the Wish-Fulfilling-Jewel is a Mahayana spiritual mentor/master who has made the Bodhisattva vow to achieve full Buddhahood for the sake of all sentient beings.

Guanyin is said to be the Chinese Bodhisattva and having attained full Buddhahood she now rides the Dragon.
There is a video in here of dragon like lights moving in the sky - supposedly taken above Gwan Yin’s Temple:
    https://essenceofbuddhism.wordpress....s-in-buddhism/

Whilst the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel on one hand is a person/master – on the other hand he/she is not because the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel is the Windhorse (Energy) which is the go-between between the ‘master’ and the Source.
And yet it is not the Windhorse either, because everything comes from the Source.

But you have the 3 jewels here. The Trinity.
    (My 2 cents).
