I would say personality. Going by the process of elimination, pal:

'Looks': I've seen guys who would make you seem like a male model, yet they date 10/10 females.

'Job/car/financial situation': Again, I can think of many counterexamples. One of my best friends has fucked many females, yet his flat looks like a glorified prison cell. And my brother doesn't even have a driving license.

'Disabilities': You don't have any.

'Race': Not an issue at all.

'I didn't try hard enough, don't go out regularly, don't socialize enough, etc.': Trying too hard may actually have been part of the reason, not the other way around.

What are we left with?
