He's just a talking head, there are real influential rules of Ukraine (under UK and US control) who probably had those ideas and now it was "allowed" to underline them using Zelensky as figure acceptable to do it. It's rumoured that in last few months Ukrainian army is taken over full external control with no allowance to make decisions by themselves. Nobody seen commander Zaluzhny for a longer period, while he was very popular some 6-8 months ago almost having presidential ambitions.
