Thankfully i didn't watch porn in the last 4 days, but it still seems too hard for me to battle against these demons. I know it is very hard to stop it though, i still masturbate a bit only to pictures, but for some reason, it seems much more healthy than busting a nut watching videos...
Would that already helps a little for ending the addiction completely in the future?

Let me describe how I was not lead astray:

This was my idea of "pornography" as a preadolescent. All of it was created for children and non-explicit in the adult sense, yet was nevertheless arousing for me.

Observing female characters in peril whether human or anthropomorphic (in a non-sexual context) used to excite me (read dry orgasm) as a young boy. This made me uncomfortable with sexuality fairly early on. After first hearing of conventional adult pornography as an early adolescent I was automatically repulsed. It seemed so barbaric and unnecessary for adults to have to dramatize their sexuality. That is what cemented my association of sex with violence and to identify as antisexual. Females who are the less aggressive sex are more likely to prefer erotic literature as opposed to enacted visual pornography.

The point is that you don't have to be dependent on the corrupting influence of the adult entertainment industry. It is not an inevitable outcome. While I may be inclined to associate sex and violence, I am still sober enough to resent this combination. The same cannot be said for many porn victims.

How is it affecting your daily life? Are you missing work or important appointments? Are you skipping your activities with your family and friends? If it hasn't gotten that bad, it may not have gotten to an out-and-out addiction. If you are attaching some sort of self-imposed guilt to pleasuring yourself, that might be the only problem. The guilt attached to premarital sex might explain your troubles there as well. Obviously, you are distressed. If you aren't able to solve it on your own with whatever weirdass help you get from an online forum, you might need to deal with a real-life person who has helped overcome problems like this.

Don't let misplaced pride or Victorian views force you to miss out on a healthy sex life.

And biological needs dictate that a person has to have a number of "releases" and a moderate amount of pleasuring oneself is healthier than total abstinence.

Educate yourself on the reality of the industry and how the women are treated. Most of them end up in the hospital at some point. Many become disabled or incontinent, and some die of disease. Additionally, porn hosting websites have been known to share videos of illegally trafficked women and girls. There is NO WAY to prove whether what you're looking at was consensual. Even novel formats like OnlyFans only exist because of sick, traumatized, and/or mentally ill women being psychologically exploited into selling their bodies.

There are ZERO healthy, well-adjusted people in the sex industry. No matter what you consume, you are engaging in the exploitation of the vulnerable. How can you get off to a video of a stranger being used as an object by people who view them as cattle?

Learning the truth will fill you with such a disgust that you will never be able to watch it again.

I do admit i feel bad doing it of course, but it is like the same thing for people with drug addiction, they are aware of all the corruption behind it, but they simply can't overcome their addiction. They end up search christianism, or paganism, or budism, or some spirituality, even married men can have trouble with that addiction.

Liking porn more than sex means you are either having bad sex or having sex just for the sake of it. Be more open with your partner(s) and tell them what you like. Hell, even if you're into fetished you can easily do that shit in real life. In my view sex has much more to do with who you're doing it than what you're doing.

Now addiction will not be easy to battle unless you find ways to transfer the energy you spend on it.

Do you really want to extricate yourself at all? if you really want you will be able to do it. But I can imagine myself in an environment where hundrels of thousands(probably underestimated) of free pornsites are available at the fingertip, millions of girls/men at your choice, even varieties of gaymen. It gets to women as well. In China, the government will help you achieve it simply by banning them, but our natural environment is less agreeable, in the rest of the world, you have beautiful natural environments to connect to, murmuring creeks, singing birds, little bugs on the tree barks, scents of grass and soil...besides those vapid societies which will tempt you back to all these porn things. Be connected to your own mind through nature is one effective way of doing so. Just admit the temptation is powerful and overwhelming, and then connect yourself with some things that can provide senses of tranquility. This message also goes for women users as well.
