Kids and hard rock/heavy metal

In Italy, hard rock and heavy metal music ( Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Metalica...with the singers shaking theis heads absurdly to make hair fly ) is especially liked by kids (hard rock has never had great success in Italy) from 10 to 14 years old.

An adult Italians have never been particularly interested in this type of music.

In other countries, however, hard rock and heavy metal music seems to appeal to 14 to 18 year olds.

However, as the kid grows ( into an adult .. i say around age 25) he will almost always lose interest in hard rock and heavy metal music.. (99 % of hard rock and heavy metal music is awful and boring that it doesn't even sound like music )

. I guess through I still think that pop and rap genre are most popular genre in most countries. At least based on Spotify chart.

I do not listen metal for metals sake, I follow certain small circle of taste, Zep is a beginner for me, now for me mostly Jap rock, because recently most western rock has lost the melodic fineness for the sake of metallic sounds. I will not share my playlist though. People will still say Zep is gay, rock is gay and country is gay, MJ is gay, Jap is gay, this is why recently the west has no good modern bands even musicians, too many tasteless bad mouthing alphaposeurs.

I'm not sure if there are many kids today listening to metal. At least I have noted that sub-cultures don't exist anymore. When I was teenager, people would dress as punk rockers, metalheads, goth, rappers, emos, etc. The rappers still exist, but the rest pretty much don't.

When I was a teen, metal vs hiphop was basically all about 'Swedes vs immigrants'. It was an unwritten rule that immigrants had to listen to rap. I liked metal, but because I had Finnish blood, my Bosniak classmates insisted I had to listen to rap.

I had a classmate who was a goth rocker in high school. He had mental problems in the eight grade and stayed home that whole year. He is now a professor and a father AFAIK.

Rock can be combined with fine melodies, the vibe is the most important not the psychotic effects of the heavy instrumentations, the west seem to be marxified in music as well, since 2008. For some critical people(in the US mostly) it is almost like music itself is gay, and beating up women is the only aestheticism of man. The western rock is now a pile of sheet, thoughtless, bland as well and always ear-destroying than anything else, check their lyrics, papa, mama, druggie, homie, facker, fully tainted by lowlife rappers. Baroque cantatas made into modern rock is some japanese rock, beautiful, expressive, innovative, better lyrics, totally a prestine land than the polluted Grammies and Emmies, everything I hear from whom now is money, sex, drug, violence, like a bigger Skorea. Modern western culture recently is really a pile of carcass, good movies? games? novels? music? none, the problem of the west now is too pragmatical, too money embedded, too power interested, a new Big Fat Soviet. You need minimalist modern culture, not too much luxuries and extravagance.

Japan screws the west sheetless in modern music, France, Spain get no good bands, americans keep stumping on good musicians like trashes, MJ so much vilified. Like India, some countries just cannot make some listenable music, but still being big and influential in political ways. Marylin Manson is psychotic, I do not see him as cool, rather an honest portrayal of the CIA agency. Metallica just soso, Rammstein too.

The west is full of feminism, sadomachoism, Batemanism, psychoticism, do you know most bankers are probably mentally sick, sick western psychos that are devils advocacy opponents of music.
