That's how the church looks like

At the first glance you think it's a typical wooden church like many. Well, it's not. First of all whole wooden part has no nails, it is made entirely out of wood. Also, this type of wooden Norwegian churches is very uncommon. Nowadays it's like 50-100 of them all over Europe, whereas only 5 are out of Norway - 4 in Sweden and 1 in Poland.

How it got here? Basically it is thanks to Norwegian painter Johan Christian Dahl who bought this church to save it and Prussian nobility he knew thanks to which the place in back then Prussia was purchased. Thanks to mostly Prussian crew it was safely transported and reassembled in the Karkonosze mountains. A bit more details of this story can be found in Wikipedia sites, there is also official site of church but doesn't say about history of the building more of the place and the parish still taking place in there(oh, and livestream)

The building is not so popular but it's history is interesting(back in the day such operation was very hard logistically after all) and I thought I will call it here, also as today is National Constitution Day in Norway it's the very nice "interesting fact" as well.
