Celts and Italics existed in mixed Italo-Celtic cultures.

Celto-Germanic cultures never existed as far as I know from a quick Wikipedia reading.

I was clumsy in my wording- I am in agreement with you. It's quite interesting how early Celts or proto-celts probably had something to do with the emergence of Germanics.

Italo-Celtic, Illyrian and probably several dead Indo-European branches.
