So you score abt. 13% non-European at FTDNA's Ancient Origins? Do you know how hard it is to score any non-European for an European on that tool? Have you read the linked by me Norvegian article? If you score abt. 13% non-European at FTDNA's Ancient Origins, why should it be wrong in your case to have 30% Saami ancestry? Btw. scoring non-European on that tool doesn't imply actual non-European genetics to that extent. FTDNA just does totally lack that North Scandinavian mesolithic DNA in it's respective references.

I'm not sure what you expect to be able to determine regarding Saami ancestry by K13 and K36, particularly as my acquiantance's mother has 5/8 Baltic German and 3/8 Russian ancestry and she in total even scores North Russian. And btw. has 0% non-European at FTDNA's Ancient Origins. Regardless of this I gladly tell you his respective data (in the spoiler):
