One other dish I enjoy, is again with seafood.

Very unique, it's stewed octopus with ditalini pasta. My favourite seafood dish.

Rassolnik (soup with pearl barley and fermented salted cucumbers)

Zharyokha (in my region it is name of fried potatoes and mushrooms)



Ryazhenka or Varenets (fermented sour baked milk)
