Black is synonymous with Sub-Saharan Africans. That is why calling amerindians black is foolish. Just call them what they are: amerindian/native american

Most celebrity Indians nowadays are quite admixed through whites settling near them and from they themselves kidnapping white females from farmsteads. Also, even the most pure Indians looked darker than they were because of daily exposure to the sun for hours year after year since birth.
