The MPs from Bogota are overall more Caucasoid leaning than those from MX City, but there are more European looking individuals amongst the MX City MPs; like the white haired man.

MX has a much more obvious Native component, interestingly no SSA in Colombia despite their football team being loaded with SSA players

Because SSA in Colombia is geographically circumscribed to the Caribbean and Pacific Coast. In the interior (where Bogotá is located) and the Amazon/Venezuelan Andean border it is almost virtually absent.
