To be fair Queen Charlotte did look mixed race in some of the portraits of the time, and she was described by Baron Stockmar as "small and crooked, with a real Mulatto face".

Fake quote. Baron Stockmar was physician to Charlotte's granddaughter after she married Prince Leopold of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha in 1816. It's highly unlikely he ever saw Charlotte in person.
