Brokeback mountain is actually great film, I agree with Morti here. But I never felt it as something specifically gay. Just a love story that can touch everyone.

Im not that interested just seeing lesbians making out either -until im in the same room and on they re on their kness- but certainly no disgust like with male gay scenes.
By the way there are some hilarious studies, showing what women are really aroused by, measuring actual genital response. They are of course turned on by lesbian/gay sex and even monkey sex. They have to lie about it but the readings show otherwise, contrary to men who are aroused by what they declare being into.
