Finland still has big companies like Kone, Wärtsilä, Nokia. A lot of Finns work for IT-companies, many are Finnish.

Romania produces a lot of cars and car parts. More than 500k cars (Dacia and Ford) and about 1 million knock-down kits (all parts of a car to be assembled elsewhere) each year, and many other car parts that are sold separately, like engines, transmissions, seats, tires etc.

Romania sells many electric infrastructure parts and electronic components, also software services.

Europe is one whole from the Portuguese to the Russians. I see it this way. Spaniards are closer to me than Chechens. This is common blood. Croats are closer to me than other non-Europeans. Russians are not Europeans culturally. For being European you need to be culturally and politically European, Slavic genes are not enough and Siberian components don't matter. Finns have a good Siberian component (around 10%) but are still mostly European and because of their Nordic/Scandinavian like culture they are European.

In Poland we produce high quality apples, milk, diary, you name it.
Apart from this not much honestly. We became lazy ass digital nomads like other Europeans.
