This is what monopolists do - they close competitors whenever possible. The basic knowledge of human nature and capitalism is enough to know that. I don't remember which documents fix that for particular countries. It's a usual requirement of international funds dealing with comprador gobernments.

No pizdyuk, Russian products just are not good enough to compete on the international market. Lada is not competing with Toyota and Russians don't build technology like Western Europeans.
