I can just ask her why she doesnt like me, and if I remind her too much of her dad. The other girl at work , her name is Reagan and she's a pretty blonde. She likes me and she was named after Ronald Reagan.

Asking why she doesn't like you is a rookie mistake. If she doesn't think of you as a "creepy old dude" now, she will after you ask her.

As a matter of fact, many teenagers think solo men in their forties are "creepy old dudes". This isn't a new thing. This has been going on for a long, long time. In fact, it is prudent to teach your daughters to be wary of any older man who wants to be "buddies".

She may like an older man, but I realize I need an older woman, maybe 29 years old.

You are more than 2-1/2 times her age. That is more than just "older".

However, these remarks and the fact you put this in "Dating and relationships" seem to imply you are looking at her for more than comradery at the workplace. More than likely you are already giving off a "creepy old dude" vibe.

Why does everyone say "creepy old dude"? No one ever talks about "creepy old women".

Has a 71-year-old woman been creeping on you?

there is a 27-year difference between you and a 17-year-old.

    71 is 27 years older than 44.

I wouldn't mind, but I don't "creep" on her. Also she is going to get old and her eggs will dry out . Life goes by fast.
