The guy on the left in the fourth image and the one on the right in the third image seem to be on the two opposite ends of the Afghan Spectrum. The one on the left looks Indian/Pakistani to me and the one the right looks white.

Nah the guy on the left looks way to Iranid / robust features to pass, he would be mistaken as a pashtun kn pakistan.

Just to be clear I'm talking about this guy on the bottom left. He in my opinion could be mistaken for Pashtun but to be honest I don't believe he resembles someone like Imran Khan for example who is a Pashtun Pakistani. Of course not all Pashtuns look the same but I digress. In terms of robusticity, I don't think he looks particularly robust. As for Iranid, I'm not seeing the resemblance to be honest.

You (thisismyaccount) say that most of the people in the first 2 pictures look like North Indians. Where in North India do you see this face type exactly? I definitely do not. Not even in Punjab. Not that one is better than the other. But they are different. You might see them in Delhi but that's because there are Afghan immigrants from the Mughal/British era who settled in Delhi long ago. So if they're not Indid, they can only be Iranid, or maybe some sort of blend of both but with much more Iranid. Also note that i never said they were Afghani descendants or something, rather that the Kashmiri Muslims claim to have ancestry in Hamadan, Iran, see my post above.
