Well if you include Punjabis and Hindus in our diversity then yes, but you can also say the same for england or France .

I agree that guy looks Pakistani. I have seen lighter Punjabis who resemble this guy. Just because a person does not look stereotypically South Asian does not mean they look West Asian.

It's important to acknowledge that individuals from different countries may have inaccurate perceptions. I've heard the statement that Kashmiris resemble Iranians many times by Indians, and this viewpoint is not unique to user renisenb who made this assertion. Many Indians and Pakistanis have a lower bar as far as which one of them can pass in West Asia. From my own experience most Indians who think they can pass in Iran actually still pass better in South Asia.

I suspect West Asians have a lower bar as far as who among West Asians can pass in Europe.

Based on my observations, it seems that Kashmiris share more similarities with their Western neighbors than Punjabis or Sindhis do. However, most of them most likely look South Asian.
