Not only aframs, french or english blacks do the same. If you allow ghettos in your country then these blacks will socialize each other in these ghettos and they will be primitive. There are no black ghettos in Hungary, and local blacks live among whites, they have been socialized by whites since childhood, thats why they are normal.
