In the case of Peru we have a huge lower class dragging us down. My cousin and his friends were typically much more mature than North Americans of comparable age.

I disagree. All of my friends growing up were quite mature. And when you exclude the lower class, you are cherry picking. Peru is still a third world dump, regardless of the maturity of the upper 5 percent of the country.

It's far from a dump don't speak if you don't know. In Lima the class I'm talking about is more like 20-30%, not 5%. Well depends on the neighborhood of course.

Still cherrypicking. I'm talking about your whole godforsaken country. Where most people live like third world peasants. Why do you think so many of them flood America and Spain? Because Peru is a objectively not a great place to live. Unless you are one of the top 5 percent of the whole country.
