Slavs attack Skanderbeg statue in Macedonia

In the capital of Macedonia Shkupi, an Albanian man went out with a gun to defend the statue

Its well known fact Skenderbehs was not Albanian, but a Greek with Serbian Mother.
So why would Macedonskis attack him and an ? Albanian attack Macedonskis with guns?
