Well I on instance plan to become farmer in distant future (no joke). I have land down in Dalmatia that I won't sell and want to plant stuff there that's profitable like plants that can be used for cosmetic/health industry.
I wouldn't like to work office job for too long.

But it's always risky to become farmer ofc, especially for us urban kids who don't have any knowledge about it, but I hope it can be learned with good vision and some luck.

Free movement, duty free zone and common VAT would be enough. Everything more increases burocracy. I don't support any attempt to collect common taxation. I don't object income redistribution inside EU, but it can result in corruption of financial system.

It's both good and bad.

It's good because you get the chance to freely export to a wider market.
But it's also bad, because that whole wider market also gets to freely export into your country.
So every business from your country has more foreign competition to be undermined by.

That is only really mitigated succesfully by big international corporations.
But for small-scale local businesses, it's bad news.

Indeed it's ambigous, and it has even more aspects than economical ones (like being forced working longer a day when competing with people abroad that work 12 or more hours a day).

The theoretical advantage for all (populations) would be to economically profit from a more pronounced task sharing and thus effectivity. But in a balanced manner this can just work among countries that are on peer in a socio-economic sense, which is not the case within the EU.

Well, they're de facto part of Russia more and more, our nuclear weapons are being installed there now, our army is there. There were few attempts of attacks on Russian war planes placed there just like on trains with vehicles and ammo, so it's not less or more safe than in Russia.
