Paris and Marseille yes, Lyon i wouldn't say so, lots of people with immigrant background of course there (that includes Spanish and Italians) but they overwhelmingly don't live in the city per say, they are rather concentrated in the outskirts, so they just work or roam in the center at times. To some extent that as well applies to Paris and Marseille, only with wilder peripheral districts. In Lyon they tend to be further away, where you don't want to end up at all, otherwise it's pretty chill:
