Nah, he is too high vaulted for that.
Skull height is what usually helps to tell apart eastern from western phenotypes, for example West Alpine = low vaulted, East Alpine (Gorid) = high vaulted; Hallstatt Nordic = low vaulted, Corded (East) Nordic = high vaulted; Atlantid = low vaulted, Pontid = high vaulted etc.

The guy in the picture is actually Western German (no Eastern European roots). I live next to the Belgian boarder and here we have a lot of people looking like him somehow which I as a Polish person find funny, because they are so far in the West and yet looking Slavic. I also have a southern Dutch friend who would also pass as a Gorid, and looks similar to the guy in the picture.
