If programming - then self-education and practice from the age of 14. With a little talent and perseverance, by the age of 21 there will already be a ready-made specialist with vast practical experience.
When working with hands, the same thing. Firstly to give the child a good mentor so that he learns to work and gain practical experience instead of beer and cigarettes.
At 18-19 already an experienced specialized worker.

And a fake diploma from any college can be bought later if necessary. Or received in absentia, legally.
Modern education is terribly lagging behind from real life and practice.
Exception are medical sphere, professional military and, probably, something very high-tech. Here you won't avoid uni full-time.

College assignments can sometimes be a real challenge. I remember this one time my teacher assigned an essay that seemed impossible given the tight deadline. Stress levels were high, and I was struggling to even begin. That's when I stumbled upon a solution – https://studydriver.com/ – a platform filled with examples of college assignments. I found a similar topic, got inspired, and managed to pull off a decent essay. It was a game-changer for overcoming learning difficulties. Remember, there's always a way to tackle challenges, and resources like StudyDriver can be a valuable ally in your college journey!
In a perfect world, my dream college/university would prioritize a strong blend of academic excellence, diverse learning experiences, and a supportive community. A place that fosters critical thinking, innovation, and personal growth while offering a range of programs to explore various interests. A campus that embraces inclusivity and cultural diversity, encouraging dialogue and collaboration among students from all walks of life. An institution known for its exceptional faculty who are not only experts in their fields but also passionate educators. Ultimately, a place where learning goes beyond the classroom, shaping well-rounded individuals ready to contribute positively to society.

Lol I'm gonna be honest my dream school was Stanford, and I had even been to the campus years ago and loved it, but I ended up being unable to apply for several reasons.
    =(^.^)=

Also I don't do classifications currently, sorry.

Honestly, aside from a few specific fields, it doesn't matter much what college/university to attend. I don't have a dream college for my child. She can decide what she wants to attend when she's of appropriate age. I just hope it won't be too expensive.
