It seems chinese people have their own prejudices and mental disorders regarding race.
A bit disappointed, I thought chinese were not as influenced by looks as other peoples are.

The irony about modern China is that, due to a mixture of both capitalism AND communism, it is pretty much the opposite of traditional China. Where traditional Chinese culture puts a lot of emphasis on nature, spirituality, harmony and self-reflection, modern Chinese culture is all about industry, pollution, technology, competitiveness and image.

Forgot to close my statement nicely by saying, one thing was France in the north (Quebec et al), and quite another beast was France in the tropics....
