    It's not difficult for me. Everyone knows I don't eat meat and there are plenty of dishes available for vegetarians. I'm going against all my history though as my father's family were Butchers for a few hundred years in Boyle and my mother's family were dairy farmers up until recently and they did that for quite a few generations as well.

    Just looking at a Directory for Boyle for 1846 for Tradespeople and my family's shop is listed there. Also my mother's family are mentioned in historical books about the Silvermines and North Tipperary. They have long term roots in those places but now are in other parts of the world. A bit OT but it's interesting the history of Irish migration. For instance where my father's family lived for generations there is no one left there now.

    Democratic Republic of Congo is a large tropical country in the middle of Africa. Cassava is the dominant staple food in the country. The most commonly eaten meat in Congo is fish, whereas pork and chicken are more popular in the Netherlands.
    Solomon Islands is a Melanesian archipelago located in the Pacific Ocean, so it is the only country outside of Africa on this list. Unlike in the Netherlands, sweet potatoes, yams, rice, taro, and coconuts are all common ingredients in the food there.
    Comoros is another archipelago on this list, but it is located in the Indian Ocean, close to the African mainland. The vast majority of its population is Muslim, so little pork is eaten in the country. Instead, coconuts, rice, and cassava are more commonly eaten there.

    Sweden‘s climate is quite similar to Russia’s. Both have extremely cold winters due to their northern latitudes. Their food ingredients are also similar. The tradition of pickled and preserved foods is strong in both of these country’s cuisines. Fish, such as salmon and pole are commonly consumed in Russia and Sweden as well.
    Lithuania is another country on this list that borders the Baltic Sea. Their dishes are often made from potatoes, grains, and dairy products. Kugelis, a Lithuanian potato dish, is reminiscent of Russian potato casseroles. Both cuisines also have an abundance of wheat and rye breads. Beet soups are commonly consumed in these countries as well.
