In Britain we usually abbreviate it to "A & E", and similarly in the US they usually abbreviate it to "ER".

It could be "Pronto-Socorro" (literally "Speedy-Help"), I guess, but usually, we just say "Sala de Emergência" (literally "Emergency Room") or maybe "Sala Vermelha" (literally "Red Room").

I think it was only in the 21st century that "A & E" became the commonplace name in Britain. Before that, people referred more to "Casualty" (hence the name of the long-running drama series).
