In your country, how popular/common are the following 'alternative' medicines and treatments?

Here , these are quite popular alongside Allopathy :

Ayurvedic (ancient Indian medical science based on herbs etc.)
Unani (ancient Arabic or something)
Homeopathy
Accupuncture (not that common though)

'Yoga' is misnomer btw ; should be Asana or Pranayam to be accurate . And as for treatment in its proper sense , leave first they are not preferred even as second line of treament for health disorders here usually save for some ortho strain or mental well being which is just an ancillary influence of them ; chief purpose of Asana or Pranayam is much different .

I've known people who did Homeopathy, Osteopathy, and Yoga the others not so much or at all.

Homeopathy and Acupuncture are the most common alternative medecines. If you go to some remote village you might find a local healer.
