Bueno en donde vivo es normal ver parejas de diferentes tonos de tez, yo mismo llamo más la atención de euromestizas o griffas que de pardas más similares a mi, aún cuando preferiría una parda. Esto no es Estados Unidos

So, the tricky thing about that is that, besides Brazil and Puerto Rico, there is no actual racial census in Latin America. And there's not a culture of having "hyphenated-nationality" identities there either.

Also, the categorization of people as White, Black, Mixed, Native, etc. is very complex. There's White looking Puerto Ricans who have Black ancestry and Mestizo looking Colombians who have recent European/Lebanese ancestry. This presents a very odd dilemma when it comes to categorizing couples as "interracial" because many Latin Americans are Mixed and the majority of them go by phenotype above all else and there is no one drop rule.

I'd say the most common "IR" pairings throughout Latin America are between White/White Passing people and Mestizos as well as White/White Passing People with Tri-Racials/Mulatos. There are couples between Whites and Blacks in the Caribbean and Brazil but not as common as Mixed people. And Amerindians rarely mix with Whites like that even though tons mix with lighter skinned Mestizos. Also, in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Panama, there are couples consisting of Blacks and Mestizos.

But here's the trickier part. Is an Olive Skinned Parda/Tri-Racial woman who looks like J-Lo mixing with a man who looks like Ozuna actually "interracial" or are they both Tri-Racials/Afro-descendants who just have different skin tones/phenotypes.

Ditto for a man like Oscar De La Hoya(light skinned Harnizo) mixing with a woman who looks like Maria Velasco(Indo-Mestiza or Native). Sure...it'll look "interracial" but I'm sure Oscar has some women in his family who look similar to her.

That's what makes the whole "interracial" thing hard to determine in Latin America. That said, it's probably easier to detect in countries like Brazil, Cuba, Argentina, and Uruguay which actually have a lot of pure/80+ Euro Whites. And Cuba and Brazil in particular do have Whites in IR couples with Mixed and Black people even though there's limited statistics on it.

There´s not stats about that. In most countries the closest thing to reace that people is asked is if they belong to and indegenous community or self identify as amerindians. Other than that, there is no way to estimate it to a high confidence level. Keep in mind, that for most of our history interracial and/or interethnic unions were very common, in some places even the norm.
