I think it exists in muslim/catholic regions of the North, south is way more civilized.

It must be because of you then if they are different from tosks.

I'm in Albania Varda and just spoke to a brazilian couple a few min ago, on the beach. I asked how come you came here,what was the reason. He said we were in Montenegro, Croatia,Bosnia last year and they told us to visit Albania too because it's beautiful. I said ,other tourists? No he said, locals too. I don't understand the online animosity.
I also heard the officials here are directing tourists to go to Croatia and Montenegro becuase there is not enough capacity for large groups.
